Notices of Award and Bid Opportunities are posted in AFP format. To view the Notices
of Award and current Bid Opportunities, you must have Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or greater and
the IBM AFP Documents Viewer plug-in. Internet Explorer is available by clicking here and
the free viewer is available by clicking here.
If you install the IBM AFP Documents Viewer plug-in, close your browser and then re-open it.
Notice: We have been unable to locate an AFP viewer for the Macintosh to allow Mac users to view bid opportunities. For those who use MACS, please contact vendor registration at 615-741-6875 or email vendor.registration@state.tn.us to make sure you are registered to receive "hard copy" solicitations.
